Kevin Laycock to Head Sales for PBI-Gordon Corporation

The employee-owners of PBI-Gordon Corporation announced today that Kevin Laycock has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Order to Ship.

In this role, Laycock will lead the company’s commercial strategy across the PBI-Gordon subsidiary, with responsibility for revenue growth, sales execution, and organizational leadership. He will partner closely with cross-functional teams to advance customer engagement, enhance go-to-market effectiveness, and support long-term growth initiatives.

Laycock brings more than 20 years of industry experience leading complex commercial organizations and delivering profitable growth across professional, consumer, and distribution channels. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Category Management at SiteOne Landscape Supply. His previous leadership roles include positions with FMC Agricultural Solutions and Bayer CropScience.

Laycock holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Strategy from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University. Kevin is also a Past President and Board Member of Project EverGreen.
