In addition, he was recognized by the Governor for Employee Direct Support by the Department of Disabilities. He has acquired an Executive Certificate from Cornell University in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, and is a Certified Partner with the Predictive Index, the world’s leading talent optimization company.
