1. Can my distributor representative submit my registration on my behalf?
   Yes! Both you and your distributor representative can register. If your distributor representative registers on your behalf, you will both receive an email confirmation after registering.
2. What if I have different orders from different distributors?
   Your rebate total will be calculated based on your qualifying orders totaled altogether.
3. Do I need to submit invoices?
   No, distributors will provide the information on your qualifying orders via electronic data/reporting. Once you’re registered, you are not required to submit anything additional.

• Products must be purchased from an authorized PBI-Gordon distributor between September 1, 2026 and December 4, 2026.
• Eligible orders need to be placed by December 4, 2026 and invoiced by December 15, 2026.
• Bonus rebates will be applied to qualifying rebates earned; see above for details.
• This program applies only to qualified end-user professionals in golf, lawn care, sports turf, schools, sod farms, and other turf management areas. Distributor sales to dealers do not qualify for this end-user rebate.
• Qualifications include:
  • A minimum quantity must be purchased within program parameters to be eligible.
  • End-user registration must be completed by December 15, 2026.
  • A minimum rebate of $200 must be earned by the participating end-user to qualify.
• Program calculations will be completed at the sole discretion of PBI-Gordon. Orders invoiced and shipped to end-users are subject to verification.
• If variances occur, payment reconciliation may be necessary. All reconciliation requests must be submitted with supporting documentation no later than September 30, 2027.
• Pricing and payment terms for listed products are determined by the distributor.
• PBI-Gordon reserves the right to audit, modify, or terminate this program at any time.

5. Inventory Returns: PBI-Gordon will not pay rebates on returned inventory. Orders invoiced and shipped to end-users are subject to verification.
6. Reporting Purchases: End-user purchases for this program are reported through EDI through the distributor.
7. Preferred Payment Method: Preferred payment method may be selected and updated via the online form. Distributor credits will be issued as default.
