Vexis® Herbicide Granular

Proprietary formulation for control of sedges, kyllingas, and listed broadleaf weeds

What it is

Vexis® Herbicide Granular uses the proprietary active ingredient pyrimisulfan to deliver exceptional control of sedges and kyllingas, plus listed broadleaf weeds. The granular formulation reduces the potential for drift or off-target application, and Vexis is labeled for use on listed cool-season and established warm-season turfgrasses, including improved varieties of St. Augustinegrass. For best results, water-in granules within 48 hours of treatment.

What it does

Vexis controls:
  • Nutsedge (purple and yellow)
  • Kyllingas (cockscomb, green, false green)
  • Common chickweed
  • Hairy bittercress
  • Henbit
  • Buckhorn plantain
  • Dollarweed
  • Other labeled broadleaf weeds
Labeled for use on:
  • Bahiagrass
  • Bentgrass (mowed over ½ inch)
  • Bermudagrass (common and hybrid)
  • Buffalograss
  • Fine and tall fescues
  • Kentucky bluegrass
  • Perennial ryegrass
  • St. Augustinegrass
  • Others as listed
